About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires a natural leader who can manage all aspects of a shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets the tone for the store and must be consistently performing at a high level.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team (managing 3-30 people).
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills.
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to be a great role model with high standards for self and team.
  • Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Oversee all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and process payments.
  • Prepare food products accurately and consistently according to recipes and procedures.
  • Deliver products to customers via vehicle safely and courteously.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout the entire premises.
  • Maintain a professional appearance according to Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
