About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the equipment and facility. This role also involves delivering products by car to customers and distributing marketing materials. The position requires strong communication, essential functional skills, and the ability to work in various conditions. Delivery duties include navigating to customer locations, which may involve adverse terrain such as multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product. The role also requires driving within a designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift, and navigating stairs during deliveries.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
