About The Position

As a General Manager, you’ll lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew. You’ll demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster’s principles, driving a culture of operational excellence focused on culinary, beverage, and service excellence, and creating an over-the-top crew experience. Successful performance is measured by consistently delivering balanced results for guests and employees, excellence in processes, and financial goals. This supports sustainable sales and profit growth through people, personal, business, and results leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 5 years of management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business.
• Demonstrated excellence in Service and Culinary Manager positions.
• Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining/full-service Restaurant Manager for external candidates.
• ServSafe and local and state regulatory certificates, or the ability to obtain them.
• Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree.
