About The Position
The IHOP Restaurant General Manager directly supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, with a strong focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while maintaining IHOP's quality and service standards. The role also includes developing managers and team members. Managers must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and late nights.
