About The Position

Love great food, great people, and running the show? Come lead one of Norfolk’s favorite pizza spots. Your Pie is hand-tossed, brick-oven pizza made the way it should be — fresh, customizable, and built around bringing people together. Our Norfolk location is looking for a General Manager who’s ready to own a restaurant, build a team people love working on, and make every guest’s visit one worth coming back for. If you’re an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader who’s been waiting for the chance to step up and run your own store — this is it.

Requirements

A natural leader who sets the tone and brings energy to the floor.
Restaurant experience required — GM experience is great, but we’re absolutely open to strong Assistant Managers or Shift Leaders ready to take the next step.
Someone who can balance the people side and the business side: coaching a team and reading a P&L.
Comfortable with the physical pace of a restaurant — on your feet, in the mix, leading by example.

Nice To Haves

ServSafe certification a plus (we’ll help you get it if you don’t have it).

Responsibilities

Lead the team — recruit, train, schedule, and develop a crew that’s engaged, accountable, and proud of the product they put out.
Run great shifts — set the pace from open to close, keep the line moving, and make sure every pizza goes out to standard.
Own the numbers — manage food cost, labor, ordering, and inventory to hit your targets, with full visibility into your sales and performance.
Deliver the guest experience — create the kind of warm, fast, friendly service that turns first-time guests into regulars.
Keep the standard high — cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards, every single shift.
