Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales and leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for revenue, margin, and managing costs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Responsible for growing sales, margin and market share within the six customer groups.
  • Complete central initiatives, branch operations, human resources and business priorities for market growth.
  • Responsible for the best customer experience: product (inventory), price, service (order and fulfillment channels).
  • In partnership with Directors, SMs and BMs, supports and maintains high level customer relationships through regular touchpoints, proactive and timely communications.
  • Strengthen sales leadership, promote accountability, and encourage high performance aligned with our values.
  • Drive a First in Safety Culture adhering to HSE policies and encouraged behaviors.
  • Holding self and team responsible for results, ensuring all meet performance standards & deliver on goals.
  • Anticipate future trends & guide long-term business growth.
  • Drive financial, sales, & operational success through informed decisions.
  • Dedication to mentoring, training, & building a promotable pipeline of talent.
