About The Position

LV Petroleum/ SONIC Drive-In is seeking a motivated, high-energy General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive team performance in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong operational and financial results. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including team leadership, guest service, operations, financial performance, and compliance while fostering a positive, high-energy culture that reflects SONIC standards. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including daily operations, team development, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive results while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of management experience in food service or restaurant operations
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage financial performance and operational metrics
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ensure proper inventory management and waste control
