About The Position
A well-established organization with 50+ years of success and an incredible reputation is seeking a General Manager to lead its next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to step into a financially strong, highly reputable business and take ownership of scaling operations, driving performance, and building on a proven foundation. You will lead a plumbing-focused construction services operation, with full ownership of performance, growth strategy, and day-to-day execution. The organization is seeking a hands-on, results-driven leader who can bring structure, accountability, and strategic direction to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a plumbing, construction services, or field services business
- Experience managing operations within a $20M+ revenue environment (required)
- Track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build, develop, and scale teams
- Deep operational and financial acumen, including full P&L ownership
- Ability to lead in a performance-driven, service-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- P&L Management: 5+ years (Required)
- Plumbing / Construction Services: 5+ years (Required)
- Revenue Growth: 5+ years (Required)
Nice To Haves
- General Manager, Regional Manager, or senior operational leadership role
- Plumbing services experience strongly preferred (commercial, service, or construction)
- Experience scaling or optimizing service-based businesses
- Background in driving operational efficiency and growth within established organizations
