About The Position

The General Manager oversees the daily operations of a medspa, ensures a high level of client service, and hires, trains, and manages staff. The role also maintains a clean and organized facility and prioritizes patient safety by inspecting the injection room and maintaining excellent hygiene and safety, including decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing the room. The manager is expected to honor the diversity and individual rights of patients, acknowledge and remedy mistakes, and continue advancing their industry skills and understanding. This is a full-time role with open availability. The annual base starting salary range is $72,000–$85,000, with bonus eligibility.
