Requirements
- 5+ years as a Great Clips GM (preferred, but not explicitly stated as a requirement for all applicants)
- Proven retail or multi-unit management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
- Experience managing managers and holding teams accountable to goals and standards
- The ability to assess performance across multiple locations and implement effective action plans
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area
