About The Position

The General Manager oversees the daily operations of a medspa and ensures clients receive the highest level of service. The role includes hiring, training, and managing staff; maintaining a clean and organized facility; and prioritizing patient safety by inspecting the injection room and maintaining excellent hygiene, including decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing the room. The manager is expected to respect the diversity and individual care rights of patients, acknowledge and remedy mistakes, and continually develop their skills and industry knowledge. This is a full-time role with open availability and bonus eligibility. The annual base salary starts at $72,000–$85,000.
