The General Manager manages an entire restaurant and is responsible for bringing out the best in Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members as they consistently deliver excellent customer service. The role includes running a multi-million-dollar business, maintaining excellent operations, managing teams and budgets, coordinating scheduling, and driving hiring and team development.
