About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a restaurant General Manager to lead a store, build a strong team culture, and engage with the community. The manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. The role includes setting an example by consistently following company policies and procedures and holding the crew to the same standards. The General Manager also creates schedules, orders products, trains team members, and hires staff. A profit-share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within goals. The posting describes the position as full time and gives a pay range of $19.00–$23.00, plus a production bonus ranging from $400.00–$2,000.00.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

At least one year of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
