About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant team and build a strong workplace culture while engaging with the community. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, and following company policies and procedures. The role includes setting an example for the crew, making schedules, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• One year of restaurant management experience is preferred.
