About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen, taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The company provides training in its pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized workplace. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work only a day or two per week.

Requirements

• Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
