About The Position

Salt Marsh Pizza, a locally owned and operated Domino's Pizza franchise, is seeking a General Manager. The role oversees employees and daily store operations, with responsibility for staffing, customer service, purchasing, inventory, maintenance, workplace efficiency, and communication among managers, customers, and employees. The General Manager may also assist with deliveries as business needs require.

The job involves working in a pizza restaurant and may include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, stocking, cleaning, using restaurant equipment, and delivering products to customers. Delivery duties require driving within a designated area and may involve walking, climbing stairs, and carrying pizzas and beverages.

• For delivery duties: valid driver's license and safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees in their daily tasks.
• Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions.
• Develop strategies to improve workplace efficiency and achieve goals.
• Communicate among managers, customers, and employees.
• Assist with deliveries as needed based on business needs.
• Deliver products by car to customers' doors and deliver flyers and door hangers when performing delivery duties.
