About The Position

As General Manager, this role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic resort operation with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, team development, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Extensive knowledge of vacation ownership principles, practices, and procedures, including HOA laws and regulations.
Extensive knowledge of financial principles and statements.
Ability to create and maintain a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong financial competence and expertise in labor control and productivity standards.
3-5 years departmental leadership experience in multi resort operating disciplines.
5 years of management experience in a comparable property.
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

Review and analyze resort and HOA financial status.
