About The Position

The General Manager provides overall leadership for a Pizza Ranch franchise restaurant and is responsible for delivering the restaurant’s product and service standards. The role leads the guest experience using Qualtrics data and feedback, supports guest satisfaction through employee engagement, and motivates, coaches, and trains team members to achieve operational excellence. The General Manager also drives store-level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs, while providing genuine care to staff and guests.

Requirements

Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferred.
