Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our General Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program. This program will teach you everything you need to learn to become a successful manager, even if you have limited experience. For those with previous experience, the program allows for self-paced learning and fast tracking to help you advance. Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Only individuals who have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for a franchise. Our managers are paid a yearly salary. In addition, managers are eligible to earn bonuses and incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance.
