Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring your team.
- Strong commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
- ServSafe certification is necessary
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a highly skilled team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring a focus on financial results and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a hands-on mentor and coach, engaging with crew members across all positions.
- Implement creative strategies for business growth and community engagement.
