This role is similar to an Assistant Manager. The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing customer orders, and continuously cleaning equipment and the facility. This role also involves delivering products to customers, ensuring food and product accuracy, maintaining inventory accountability, managing labor accountability and employee productivity, overseeing all cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training employees in all areas, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
