About The Position
Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking top performers who desire to take their career and earnings to the next level! This role offers bonus potential once enrolled, with earnings of $30,000+ per year. The General Manager position involves a hands-on leadership style, a focus on delivering fantastic food, value, and customer service, and requires the ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. The work week is 5 days, requiring Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with most shifts being 8 am-8 pm or 11 am-11 pm. This is an opportunity for experienced restaurant leaders tired of not getting days off or working excessively late nights.
Requirements
- Experienced restaurant leader.
- Current or very recent experience with drive-thru.
- Hands-on style of leadership.

- Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service.
- Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground.
