General Manager Union Padel Club Build a Club. Build a Community. Build Something New. We're looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven General Manager who thrives on creating memorable experiences, developing relationships, and leading from the floor. This isn't a role behind a desk. It's for someone who enjoys being out in the club, greeting members by name, supporting the team, hosting events, and helping shape a culture people want to be part of. What You'll Do As General Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the club while creating an environment where members and team members genuinely enjoy spending their time. You'll lead operations while helping grow a vibrant community through exceptional hospitality, engaging programming, and strong business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create an Incredible Member Experience: Foster a welcoming, hospitality-first culture throughout the club. Build authentic relationships with members and guests. Be visible, approachable, and actively engaged throughout the club each day. Resolve concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
  • Lead Club Operations: Oversee the daily operation of the club. Ensure exceptional standards across facilities, cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Partner with department leaders to deliver a seamless member experience. Continuously improve operational efficiency.
  • Grow the Business: Drive membership growth and retention. Support sales initiatives and community outreach. Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations. Help establish Union Padel Club as the premier destination for padel and social connection.
  • Programming & Events: Develop engaging leagues, tournaments, clinics, and social programming. Partner with the food & beverage team to create memorable events and experiences. Continuously look for new ways to activate the club and create reasons for members to return.
  • Lead the Team: Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team. Create an environment built on accountability, ownership, hospitality, and fun. Invest in team development and recognition.
  • Own the Business: Manage budgets and financial performance. Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for growth. Make thoughtful business decisions that support long-term success.
