About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Company account and reports directly to the Regional Vice President. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, team leadership, and client-relations skills, while ensuring superior food quality and customer service.
Requirements
- Five years of foodservice operations experience.
- High-volume production and catering experience.
- Previous experience managing a budget.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or culinary studies is preferred.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee account profit and loss and budgeting.
- Manage the account’s day-to-day operations.
- Conduct human resources functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, guests, the client, and other departments.
- Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.
- Roll out new culinary programs in coordination with the Company marketing and culinary teams.
