About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2 pm, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, providing an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the team. This role involves hands-on operation during rushes, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks such as ordering and inventory. Comprehensive training is provided.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
- Hands-on operator who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team.
- Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.
- Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets are required.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities
