About The Position

As General Manager of our Afton, WY location, you'll lead a fast-paced store in the heart of Wyoming's Star Valley. You'll oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, manage inventory and costs, and deliver exceptional service every shift. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys mentoring others, and isn't afraid to hustle alongside their crew.

Requirements

QSR/general management experience
Proven track record managing labor, food cost, and service metrics
Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Willingness to lead by example and work hands-on in the store

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Drivers, and CSRs
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy
Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with Domino's brand standards
Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
Promote a positive, energetic store culture
