About The Position
Wow 1st (DBA) is a locally owned and operated franchise striving to bring smiles to the community by serving fresh, fast, and hot products. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing costs and profits, ensuring inventory is fresh, leading the team in delivering excellent customer service, building and mentoring the crew, managing documents, marketing, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will also operate all equipment, manage ingredient flow from delivery to storage, take phone orders efficiently, and track inventory. The company culture emphasizes having fun and encourages passion and pizzazz.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Must be available 7 days a week with varying shifts.
