About The Position

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a General Manager with 3-5+ years of current experience in the restaurant industry. The philosophy at Five Guys is simple: great burgers and fries, crafted in a clean restaurant run by friendly staff. We focus on creating an environment where all employees take ownership of their work and have fun doing it. This role requires open availability and offers real work/life balance, as locations are open from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM and are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day. There is no drive-thru. The position includes a bonus plan in addition to base pay, focused on food safety, customer experience, and financial success. Secret shops occur 1-2 times per week, with all team members eligible for payout. Growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in the restaurant industry
• Open Availability
• Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Insurance
• ServSafe certification
