About The Position

Miss J/Sbarro is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for driving business results, developing teams, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring brand standards are consistently executed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and is passionate about creating an outstanding experience for both guests and employees. The General Manager oversees all aspects of restaurant performance including operations, staffing, financial results, guest satisfaction, and team development. This position leads by example and creates an environment focused on accountability, service, and growth.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Ability to manage staffing, labor, and financial performance
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• General Manager or multi-unit leadership experience preferred
• Experience in QSR, fast casual, or food service operations preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
