As the Restaurant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the success of Miss J's Cafe. Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a diverse team.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and the ability to handle customer feedback positively.
• Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Ability to assess challenges quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
