About The Position

Sodexo has a new opportunity for a Multi-Service General Manager in the southeast MA area. We are looking for someone with experience in food services looking to grow their career. This role involves driving client and customer satisfaction, ensuring a clean and safe environment, effectively managing the Unit Operating System, and supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Requirements

  • Exceptional client service mentality and executive presence
  • 3-5 years previous director-level experience
  • Proficient with computers and other technology
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years minimum management experience
  • 5 years minimum functional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food services
  • Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience

Responsibilities
