About The Position
Sodexo has a new opportunity for a Multi-Service General Manager in the southeast MA area. We are looking for someone with experience in food services looking to grow their career.
Requirements
- 3-5 years previous director level experience
- Proficient with computers and other technology
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
- Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence
- Be responsible for driving client and customer satisfaction scores
- Provide a clean and safe environment
- Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
- Support a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Develop and motivate a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution
- Build and maintain strong customer / client relationships
- Work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion
- Analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change management
- Effectively manage projects within agreed upon timelines
- Manage finances and budgets
