General Manager

About The Position

No two days in hospitality are exactly the same, and as General Manager, you're at the center of it all. You're responsible for creating a hotel where guests want to return, team members want to work, and the business performs. That means building a strong team, maintaining high standards, understanding the numbers, and taking ownership of the property from the front door to the bottom line. You may spend part of your day coaching a department leader, walking guestrooms with your housekeeping team, reviewing financial performance, preparing for a Marriott brand inspection, partnering with Sales and Revenue Management, or stepping in to resolve a guest concern. As General Manager, you set the tone; balancing people, performance, and the guest experience while keeping your team focused on what matters most: a great hotel, a strong team, and results you can be proud of.
