The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and the facility, and delivering product. This role requires strong communication and mathematical skills, the ability to use a computer or touch screen, and navigational skills for deliveries. The General Manager must also be able to navigate various delivery sites while carrying product.
