About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to run a store efficiently, serve customers, and support team members. The role manages store operations and results, recruits and develops staff, oversees food and team-member safety, delivers customer service, and works to increase sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
Customer service experience.
Valid driver's license.
High school education or equivalent.
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
