About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the Speeders Car Wash site in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The General Manager will drive the site’s success and provide a positive guest experience while leading a team of Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors. The role involves working outdoors in all conditions, hands-on operational work, and learning the car wash industry. The stated salary is $60,000 per year, with an operational bonus and profit-sharing bonus also listed among the compensation and perks.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a 50+ hour work week, including evenings and weekends.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge.
• At least 4 years of successful management experience.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Willingness to learn the car wash industry.
• Complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues.
• Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives.
• Drive business for the site of operation.
• Develop the team and manage corrective action.

• Maintain a safe and clean work area and remain alert to potential hazards.
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability.
• Resolve customer and membership issues in a timely manner.
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met.
• Manage all fiscal responsibility for the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
