About The Position

General Managers oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. They provide leadership and supervision over store operations and are accountable for meeting operational standards, maintaining food safety, achieving profitability, and creating an inclusive, engaged environment. The role includes managing a fast-paced service operation and leading, recruiting, retaining, and developing team members. Requirements

At least one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
Understanding of and ability to demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology, including POS and ATS systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
