About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong operator who can build a team, drive results, and maintain high standards across all areas of the property.

Requirements

1–3+ years of hotel leadership or supervisory experience
Strong hospitality operations background (extended stay preferred)
Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations
Experience managing budgets and financial performance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to maintain a hands-on leadership presence on property
Willingness to be available outside normal working hours as needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel systems

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day hotel operations across departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.)

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue performance
Maintain strong guest satisfaction and service standards
Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
Conduct daily team check-ins and maintain strong communication across departments
Perform regular property inspections to ensure brand and quality standards
Oversee administrative functions including payroll, reporting, and compliance
Ensure adherence to safety, operational, and brand standards
Maintain a strong, visible leadership presence on-property
