About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong operator who can build a team, drive results, and maintain high standards across all areas of the property.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of hotel leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong hospitality operations background (extended stay preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day operations
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain a hands-on leadership presence on property
  • Willingness to be available outside normal working hours as needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day hotel operations across departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.)
  • Works closely with sales leadership to support extended-stay revenue growth and property performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue performance
  • Maintain strong guest satisfaction and service standards
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct daily team check-ins and maintain strong communication across departments
  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure brand and quality standards
  • Oversee administrative functions including payroll, reporting, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to safety, operational, and brand standards
  • Maintain a strong, visible leadership presence on-property
