About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving/processing telephone orders. This role also involves taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and give written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, and effective verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Motor coordination for precise movements, and the ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen are also necessary. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments needed include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting (up to 60 pounds), carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and continuous hand use, including forceful gripping and pinching. Tools and equipment used may include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role involves delivering product by car to customer doors, distributing marketing materials, and requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills, including map reading and locating addresses, are essential for deliveries. Delivery personnel must navigate various terrains and building types while carrying product, and may be required to climb multiple flights of stairs. Driving requires far and night vision.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
