About The Position

Lead Wasatch North’s flexible packaging manufacturing operation with full responsibility for Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. Oversee a highly automated, integrated system delivering spouted pouch and tear-top packaging, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and scalability. Accountable for operational performance, P&L results, and building a high-performing team, while upholding Wasatch North’s values of Responsiveness, Quality, Integrity, and Transparency.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or contract packaging with responsibility for automated operations and P&L performance is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in flexible packaging or regulated environments is preferred
• a bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient plant operations that meet production, quality, and delivery targets while maintaining regulatory and food safety compliance.
• Own financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, and drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and margins.
• Partner with all departments to support customer needs and lead, develop, and hold the site leadership team accountable.
