About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to run a store efficiently, care for customers, and support team members. The role manages store operations and performance, leads staffing and development, oversees food and team member safety, delivers customer service, and works to increase sales and profit potential.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Fast food or quick-service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality.
