About The Position

Mancuso Harley Davidson Crossroads in Houston, Texas is looking to hire a General Manager! The qualified candidate will be able to drive profitability, customer and teammate retention, grow the business, and have a passion for the powersports space. This role involves overseeing all dealership operational activities to ensure efficiency, steering and managing new and pre-owned unit sales operations, guiding and developing the sales team, forecasting and setting sales, service, and parts objectives, motivating the team to exceed sales goals through open communication, developing new sales techniques, communicating openly with the team, and modeling superior customer service behavior to provide a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
Thorough knowledge of and experience with sales of powersports
Proven track record of success managing teams
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
Exceptional face to face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
