This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and processing orders. Responsibilities include receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Daily cleaning of equipment and the facility is required. The position demands accurate and quick arithmetic skills (calculator may be used), the ability to make correct monetary change, and strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing. Motor coordination for precise hand and finger movements is essential, as is the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. The role requires the ability to comprehend and follow written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing flyers and door hangers, and possessing navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within a designated delivery area. This includes navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product.
