About The Position

Homestead Country Club is seeking a General Manager to lead its next chapter. This is a hands-on, member-first operator role responsible for the P&L, building a leadership team, and maintaining the club as a desirable place for families. Founded in 1954 and acquired by Hulsing Enterprises in 2017, Homestead offers extensive amenities including tennis, pickleball, platform tennis, aquatics, fitness, and dining. The club has undergone significant renovations and is backed by a growth-minded hospitality company.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent P&L leader at a country club, racquet club, or comparable full-service hospitality property.
Proven track record owning a property-level P&L and leading a full department-head team.
Membership sales, dues, and retention experience strongly preferred.
Genuine, member-first hospitality mindset.
Availability for a seven-day club operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
CCM (Certified Club Manager) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the full P&L across membership dues, initiation fees, food & beverage, events, and recreational programming.
Lead and develop the department-head team: Director of Racquet Sports, Aquatics Director, F&B Manager, Events Manager, and Facilities Manager.
Set the tone for the member experience by being visibly present in various club areas, especially during peak times and events.
Drive membership growth and retention in collaboration with the membership and sales team.
Maintain the property's inspection-readiness across all facilities and manage capital projects.
Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, including health, pool safety, employment law, and Hulsing operating standards.
Serve as the face of Homestead to membership, the community, and Hulsing ownership.
