About The Position
General Managers oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. They provide overall leadership and supervision of operations and are accountable for achieving operational standards, maintaining food safety, supporting profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged environment. The role involves leading employees, delivering customer service, and operating and troubleshooting store technology.
Requirements
- At least one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
- Understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
- Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology, including POS and ATS systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards is preferred.
