About The Position

The Assistant Manager role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking customer orders, cleaning, delivering products, and being responsible for food and product accuracy, inventory, labor, employee productivity, cash handling, coaching and training employees, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.

• Stock Ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
• Clean equipment and facility continuously.
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
• Responsible for food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
• Responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity.
• Responsible for all cash handling and accuracy.
• Responsible for coaching and training all employees in all areas.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
