This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, preparing products, and receiving/processing customer orders. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility, delivering products to customers, and maintaining accountability for food, product, inventory, labor, and cash.
