About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, preparing products, and receiving/processing customer orders. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility, delivering products to customers, and maintaining accountability for food, product, inventory, labor, and cash. Additionally, this position involves coaching and training employees and ensuring the store is clean and professionally run. A complete list of job duties is available at the store.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to handle cash.
  • Must be able to train and coach employees.
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and professional store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products.
  • Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
  • Clean equipment and facility continuously.
  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
  • Responsible for food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
  • Responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity.
  • Responsible for all cash handling and accuracy.
  • Responsible for coaching and training all employees in all areas.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
