General Manager
About The Position
Better Collision Centers is seeking a leader to take their Charleston shop to the next level. This role is for someone who runs a shop like they own it. You'll lead an established team, drive production, and grow Charleston into one of our top performing locations. Better Collision Centers is one of the fastest growing collision repair companies in the country, doubling revenue four years running. Our culture is the foundation of our growth. The role involves running the Charleston shop, leading and developing the existing team, scheduling production, coaching managers, earning customer trust, and growing the business. You'll have regional support when needed and autonomy when not.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to be present on the shop floor and work safely in a production environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of conditions.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat as needed.

- Additional education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a full team that is already in place.
- Schedule production and coach managers to do the same.
- Earn customer trust and grow the business.
- Operate independently and keep regional leadership informed.
- Make decisions driven by gross profit, parts margins, labor efficiency, and cycle time.
