Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in business and people management, with the ability to lead leaders and drive accountability.
  • Strong understanding of sales, parts, and service operations and how to align teams around shared goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and execute effectively.
  • Knowledge of John Deere construction dealership operations
  • Effective verbal and written communication and strong computer skills to drive alignment, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership across all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistent execution and accountability.
  • Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive strategic business plan aligned with financial and operational objectives, including annual benchmarks and budget.
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and develop store leaders and team members—creating a work environment that supports growth and performance.
  • Evaluate, allocate, and manage human, physical, and financial resources to support profitable growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by partnering with all departments to understand expectations, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
  • Foster engagement and alignment through open-book meetings, team meetings, open-door leadership, and proactive feedback loops.
