About The Position
General managers should possess leadership skills such as communicating respectfully and effectively with guest and crew members, motivating crew members, and completing all duties of the required job. You will manage your shift to achieve the highest performance possible while maintaining a respectful family environment. Huey Magoo's is a chicken tender concept that only serves the "filet mignon" of chicken. We are rapidly growing in the state of Mississippi and are making it our mission to "Make Someone Smile Today". Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- 2 years relevant general manager experience
Responsibilities
- Execute all p&l budgets such as food cost and labor
- Maintain the restaurant to the cleanliness standards expected
- Hire, onboard and train crew members
- Food ordering and scheduling
- Administrative duties & full P&L execution responsibility
- Any other duties required to complete the job
